Cecil Complex has taken a verge of creating Living and Learning Activities in the off-campus residence. Conduct he first ever Mr & Miss Cecil Complex Residence is one of the stimulus to excite students and self-develop themselves.

Only students of Cecil Complex are allowed to apply to be participants. However, any student or community pupils are allowed to come and watch with an entrance fee of R50. Cecil Complex students must CLICK HERE to enter for the competition. The Closing date is 31 March 2026, Tuesday.
